Simply call our toll-free number and one of our customer service representatives will be glad to assist you. Pickups and Drop-offs are scheduled in 1hour time blocks any day of the week between the hours of 7am - 11am & 5pm - 11pm. Scheduling pickup orders for our morning appointments must be called in by no later then 8pm on the previous day. Evening appointments must be called in by no later then 4pm for same day appointments.

Due to driver schedule's being planned the night before, we can not give same day appointments for our morning hours. Please be sure to call us at least 1 day before you would like your appointment. To make your life easier, you can always take advantage of our "no call" appointments, where pick-ups and drop-offs are set in place and followed every week or every other week. Leaving no worry that you might forget to call. For example: pick-up every Thursday morning between 9am and 10am, and drop-off every Friday between 9am and 10am.
