Loss Policy

LaundryXpress goes to great lengths to ensure that all orders are processed to the best of our capabilities. We have an extravagant processing system that ensures all items remain in order and that no mistakes happen. However, on rare occasion an item may be misplaced or lost. If the item is indeed lost, LaundryXpress will reimburse you for the item. The payout should not exceed 10 times the cleaning cost, regardless of name brand, current condition or original cost of the item. Again, loss of an item is very rare due to our expert team of trained professionals and our impeccable processing system.
