Loss Policy

LaundryXpress goes to great lengths to ensure that all orders are processed to the best of our capabilities. If the item is indeed lost, LaundryXpress will reimburse you for the item. The payout should not exceed 10 times the cleaning cost, regardless of name brand, current condition or original cost of the item.
