Are there any minimum requirements on orders?

Yes, although delivery is always free, due to high fuel costs and time constraints we do have minimum dollar amounts for all orders. The specific amount varies depending on what area you are in. Minimums start at $10.

What is the expected turnaround time on service?

Your laundry will be picked up, laundered, and dropped off to your door within 24 hours. Rush service available upon request for an additional fee.

Is there a charge for rush service?

Yes, there is a $10 fee for every 30 lbs. on any order that is to be picked up and returned on the same day.

What services does LaundryXpress offer?

We offer free pick up and delivery of your laundry. We have top of the line facilities where each and every order is cared for like it was our own.

How do I schedule a pickup?

Simply call our toll-free number and one of our customer service representatives will be glad to assist you.

Do you provide service to my area?

LaundryXpress provides service to most of the borough of Queens and limited area's of Brooklyn, including Williamsburg and Greenpoint.

During what hours are your pickup and delivery services available?

Pickups and drop-offs are scheduled in 1 hour time block any day of the week between the hours of 7am - 11am and 5pm - 11pm. Morning deliveries must be called in by no later then 8pm on the previous day. Afternoon appointments must be called in by no later then 4pm for same day appointments.

If these deadlines have passed, and you need us to make an exception, we can book a rush appointment for a fee of $10.
