What area's does laundryXpress deliver to?

Although we are always expanding our coverage area, currently, we serve most of Brooklyn,and Queens from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm 7 days a week. We serve manhattan Monday thru Friday 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 pm, Sat & Sun. 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. Please call 1-888-XPRESS-8 to see if we have expanded to service your area.

Can I order a pick up if my area is not listed under the locations covered?

Give us a call 888-XPRESS-8 or 516.606.3348 and ask if we could pick up your order. Sometimes we will go out of our normal coverage area and time to accommodate a Client.

How does laundryXpress schedule its pickup and Delivery?

                                                                   For your convenience we accept orders on line, by Text(516.606.3348) or you can call in your order by dialing (888-xpress-8). We service our clients on a daily, weekly or monthly bases

How long will it take for clothes to be returned after pick up?

Locally you can have your laundry picked up and dropped off same day. In most cases laundry is returned within 24 hours after pick up unless otherwise requested, dry cleaning is a longer process, so we will call the Client to schedule a delivery when the clothes are ready. Generally, dry cleaning is returned to Clients in 2/3 days.

How much does regular wash and fold service cost?

.97 lbs for all wash and fold. Free pickup and delivery. We have a $15.00 minimum on all pick up and drop offs.

How much does dry cleaning service cost?

Each item is different from the next, please refer to our Dry Cleaning price list for specific item pricing.

How much does laundryXpress charge for pick up/ delivery?

Pick up & Delivery is FREE.

What happens if a Client is not home when the driver arrives?

We will call all available phone numbers to reach a Client, if we are not successful, we will leave a message to call and reschedule. We will not return until we have been contacted by the Client to reschedule the appointment.

What forms of payment does laundryXpress accept?

All major credit cards, personal checks, and cash. If a Client would like to use a credit card they should notify customer service before the delivery date, there will be a printed receipt attached to the return bag for signature. If you have any coupons, offers or discounts please advise us prior to delivery so you may be charged appropriately.

 

Can a Client request specific instructions and their own detergents & products?

Yes, we honor all special request and if the client sends special detergents or products we will use them, and return the unused portion with delivery.

Can a Client make different pickup and drop off arrangements?

Yes, a client can arrange pickup and drop off with neighbors, doorman, family members, friends etc as long as credit card has already been charged, or payment has been left with whoever items are dropped off to.
